Hyarcs Investments (PTY) Ltd T/A Stockroom ("COMPANY") Booking and Cancellation Policy

This Booking and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for making bookings through Hyarcs Investments (PTY) Ltd T/A Stockroom ("COMPANY") platform, including our website and mobile app. By making a purchase/booking, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Booking Process
Bookings can be made online via our platform, subject to availability/Lead time Accepted.
To make a purchase/booking, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and payment information.
All purchase/bookings are subject to confirmation. You will receive a buy/booking confirmation via email or SMS once your buy/booking is successfully processed.
Full payment for the purchase/bookings must be made at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other options provided through our payment processors.
2. Booking Modifications
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. To reschedule, please contact our customer service team at https://www.stockroombw.com/contact-us.
Changes in Services: COMPANY reserves the right to make modifications to services, schedules, or availability due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, staff unavailability). In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative booking date or a full refund.
3. Cancellations by Customers
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your booking for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will be subject to a cancellation fee of at least 10% of total Amount, subject to P100 at least. The remaining balance, after deducting the cancellation fee, will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.
No-Shows: If you fail to attend your booking without prior cancellation, you will not be entitled to a refund.
4. Cancellations by COMPANY
COMPANY reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to safety concerns, staff unavailability, or other factors beyond our control.
In the event of a cancellation by COMPANY, you will be notified as soon as possible and provided with the option to:
Reschedule the booking for a different date/time.
Receive a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 -10working days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
In cases where a booking is rescheduled, the original payment will be applied to the new booking date, and no refund will be issued unless the new booking is also cancelled.
6. Group Bookings and Special Events
Group Bookings: For group bookings (e.g., bookings for more than [5] individuals), cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time to qualify for a full refund.
Special Events: Bookings made for special events, promotions, or limited-time services may have specific cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
7. Health and Safety Protocols
By making a booking, you agree to comply with any health and safety guidelines set forth by COMPANY, including but not limited to hygiene practices, social distancing, and wearing masks (if applicable).
COMPANY reserves the right to refuse service to customers who do not comply with health and safety protocols, and such refusal will be considered a no-show as per Section 3 of this policy.

9. Changes to This Policy
COMPANY reserves the right to modify or update this Booking and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform, with the revised effective date noted. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
